SIGNATURE PILATES

Pilates is a low impact form of exercise developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. The class aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment, flexibility and correcting muscular imbalances. Bringing awareness to your alignment & the strong mind body connection that allows you to flow through the exercises seamlessly bringing a sense of calm and well-being. Pilates is for EVERY BODY meaning what ever your goal or motivation Pilates can help with your journey.

Modifications and progressions are offered throughout the class making it suitable for all levels of fitness and ability.

BARRE

This 60 minute fat burning class is broken down into a mixture of intense ballet inspired toning exercises, using a combination of your own body weight, the ballet barre, and light props, to target and exhaust all major muscle groups, paying particular attention to the arms, core, thighs and seat. This is then followed by a combination of deep stretches to lengthen and restore.

DYNAMIC PILATES

Strengthen, lengthen, energise and flow with this cardiovascular workout, which uses Pilates principles & technique to challenge the body. 

​

Using weights throughout and ending the session with Pilates core conditioning, long stretches and a deep relaxation. This session is the ultimate workout for improving health & wellbeing.

​

Suitable for beginners through to advanced, with modifications & progressions offered throughout.

BOOTY BARRE SCULPT

This is a dynamic total body workout, which features a resistance band & cuff that help you with seamless movement and flow, whilst adding strength and flexibility. This class will take your existing barre class to the next level.

 

A great class for those who have attended barre classes before and are ready for the next challenge

BARRE FORM & FLOW

Set in an ambient, softly heated studio designed to enhance circulation, ease movement, and support flexibility throughout the session. This class that focuses on precision, posture, and strength, guiding you through controlled exercises that increase strength and stability. Every session concludes with a long stretch sequence & relaxation, bringing space back to the body and leaving you relaxed, and rejuvenated. Whether you’re new to Barre or looking to refine your practice, this class blends foundations, form, and fluidity for a balanced, uplifting experience.

PRE & POSTNATAL PILATES

Taught by qualified Pre and Postnatal Pilates teachers, our restorative classes are designed to support the body through pregnancy and into the postnatal months. Sessions focus on improving posture, gently strengthening the pelvic floor, and maintaining strength in the deep abdominal muscles that help support the changing body during pregnancy and aid recovery after birth.

Throughout the class we also work on gentle stretching and mobility to release tension, alongside valuable breathing techniques that encourage relaxation and connection to the body.

Babies are warmly welcomed in our postnatal classes.
