Taught by qualified Prenatal Pilates teachers, our restoring Prenatal class helps to correct and improve posture as the body shape changes throughout pregnancy, which helps to relieve the strain on joints. We work on gently strengthening the pelvic floor muscles and maintaining strength in the deep abdominal muscles which help to support the growing weight of your baby as well as aid in postnatal recovery. 


During the class we work on gently stretching and mobilising the body to relieve tension along with valuable breathing techniques to promote relaxation 


Pilates is a low impact form of exercise developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. The class aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment, flexibility and correcting muscular imbalances. Bringing awareness to your alignment & the strong mind body connection that allows you to flow through the exercises seamlessly bringing a sense of calm and well-being. Pilates is for EVERY BODY meaning what ever your goal or motivation Pilates can help with your journey.

Modifications and progressions are offered throughout the class making it suitable for all levels of fitness and ability.


HIP Pilates combines the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates session with the dynamic energy of a high intensity workout.

Combining core strength, balance and coordination with an energetic cardiovascular element HIP Pilates is the answer to many people’s search for a functional ‘feel good’ workout.

This class will lengthen, tone and define your body, leaving you centered and energised.


Created by world-renowned fitness and wellness expert Tracey Mallett, this 60 minute fat burning class is broken down into a mixture of intense ballet inspired toning exercises, using a combination of your own body weight, the ballet barre, and light props, to target and exhaust all major muscle groups, paying particular attention to the arms, core, thighs and seat. This is then followed by a combination of deep stretches to lengthen and restore.


This is a dynamic total body workout, which features a resistance band & cuff that help you with seamless movement and flow, whilst adding strength and flexibility. This class will take your existing barre class to the next level.
