Join us to restore balance with this immersive sound bath experience to calm the body & mind. 

We are so happy to have the wonderful Hazel joining us at the studio to deliver a truly unique event. Through the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, your mind will enter a meditative and relaxed state. Slowing down the brain waves and calming the nervous system. This can reduce feelings of stress & anxiety, improve sleep, and can bring about healing at mental, emotional, and physical levels.
