Pilates is a low impact form of exercise developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. The class aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment, flexibility and correcting muscular imbalances. Bringing awareness to your alignment & the strong mind body connection that allows you to flow through the exercises seamlessly bringing a sense of calm and well-being. Pilates is for EVERY BODY meaning what ever your goal or motivation Pilates can help with your journey. ​ Modifications and progressions are offered throughout the class making it suitable for all levels of fitness and ability.
