Your safety is our priority, please see below the procedures we have in place.

~ If you are feeling unwell or are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 please inform us and we will cancel your class.

~ We encourage you to bring your own mat for your class. We do have a small selection available for purchase at the studio if you do not have your own.

~ We continue to keep our numbers low to allow for social distancing requirements.

~ Face coverings  are not compulsory in our studio but may of course be worn if you feel safer doing so.

~ Please arrive just a few minutes before the class is due to begin to avoid cross over of classes

~ Our studio is deep cleaned regularly by a professional cleaner. And all touch points & equipment is cleaned after each use.
